How to order from Woody Pet?

 

  • To order from ‘Woody Pet’, send a quotation request by contacting us directly from our website or by sending an email to contact@woody-pet.com.​

  • A quotation  will be sent to you within 24h.

 

Payment and Delivery 

 

Depending on customer location, delivery terms are 15 to 30 days after receiving the payment.

  • Shipping is generally done by sea or by air to the nearest port or airport of the customer, but we can proceed other shipping method if requested by the customer.

  • The shipment will be insured untill the shop of the customer

  • Payment should be done by bank transfer before products shipping.

  • The MOQ (minimum ordered quantity) is 5000 pieces

Maintenance

Olive wood will last a lifetime if it is properly looked after . To keep your olive wood products looking their best please follow this advice:

​

  • Hand wash only, not suitable for dishwashers

  • Occasionally coat with the ‘gold liquid’ as ‘Phoenicians’ called the olive oil to prevent the wood from drying out and to keep its beautiful color and shining

  • Do not leave soaking in water or exposed to heat or sunshine.
